SGTE has the capability to handle many types of project as shown below:

• General building services including HVAC systems, Plumbing and Drainage systems, Fire Fighting systems and Electrical systems for government, commercial buildings and industrial projects.

• Clean Room – design and build projects.

• Factory Utility systems including process cooling, compressed air plant, vacuum systems, De-ionized Water system and Steam Plant etc.

Clean Room for High Technology Industry:

• SGTE has provided full services for semi-conductor, electronic, optical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage manufacturing facilities. These have ranged from pre-feasibility studies to the optimization of layouts including investigations into alternative types of structures in either concrete or steel work to the final commissioning, testing and handover.

• SGTE has been responsible for the design and build of Clean Room for semi-conductor, electronic, optical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage manufacturing facilities. Reinforced Concrete and Steel Structural Building and design expertise resulting in the co-ordination of all interface aspects.
